Before you learn about the details of our return and refund policy, there is something you should know.

If you purchase SUNFWR products from the SUNFWR official store (sunfwr.com): You can request a return or refund. If you purchase SUNFWR products from other SUNFWR dealers: You cannot request a return or refund from us as our suppliers and dealers may have their own refund and return policies. Please contact them for more information.

Return and refund policies may also vary based on local laws and regulations.

About Return

Returns policy

We accept return request within 30 days of the purchase date and will respond within 48 hours after you contact us. You can return the product in its Original, Unused, and Unopened packaging (including all products and accessories, and in new or as-new condition) for an exchange or refund. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for purchases made beyond 30 days.

If the return is caused by the reasons other than product defects, such as customer's choice, change of mind, or any other reasons, you shall be responsible for the shipping cost. The exact cost will be determined by the courier company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to SUNFWR, the consumer is not liable for shipping costs for this purpose.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns for used products.

If the goods are rejected, double shipping charges will be deducted from the original payment.

Restocking Fee Policy

Please note that a restocking fee of 10% of your payment will be deducted for any items that are returned in their original condition but for reasons other than product defects, such as customer's choice, change of mind, or any other reasons.

To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning the product to ensure its safe delivery back to us.

Damaged or Missing Items

In the event that your parcel arrives damaged, with items damaged or missing, or incorrect items sent, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and kindly ask you to notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide video and/or photo evidence. We will investigate the matter promptly and issue a refund or replacement accordingly.

Return Product Condition

Any returned product must remain in its original condition, which includes being unworn and in its original packaging. We kindly request that you ensure the product is returned to us in the same condition as when you received it. If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return.

About Refund

Refund timeline and process After we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. We will offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. You will be notified via email after the order refund. If you don't receive the refund after 10 business days, contact us at service@sunfwr.com.

Refund policy for taxes and duties on returned items

If you choose to return an item, we will refund you the purchase price only. Please note that any shipping fees, taxes and duties applied at checkout are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items, including clearance or discounted watch straps, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Order Cancellations

Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting the SUNFWR official store via email.

If a refund is requested within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment, transaction fees will be charged based on the payment channel.(2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 4% for Klarna users).

Furthermore, if orders are to be cancelled prior to dispatch, a 10% restock fee will be deducted from your payment for canceling the order.

If a product is out of stock or if you have given an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you by email. If we do not receive a reply within 15 days, we will automatically cancel the order and refund your purchase.
