Shipment Fee & Carriers
We offer free shipping on all orders for local America. For orders of Germany, France, UK, UAE, South Korea, Japan, Canada, Australia, a shipping fee of $4.99 will be charged. Our current primary shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL.
Order Processing And Delivery Time
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in America. The shipments are fully tracked—from our door to yours. Orders need 1-2 business days processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days. The estimated delivery time for local America is 3-5 business days, 10-15 business days for the rest countries. For items marked as “pre-order”, please check the ship-out date on the product page. In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Rest assured, we are working diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding! Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be updated within 48 hours. If your tracking information hasn't been updated within 5 business days, please contact us at service@sunfwr.com.
Shipping Information
Please ensure that all the shipping information you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, delays, or other issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customers.
Note:
1. We do not accept requests to change the delivery address once the package has been dispatched.
2. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Order Delivery
Orders for various products can be shipped separately. We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email. All purchases made on SUNFWR's official website are subject to a delivery contract. This means that the risk of loss and title to such items passes to you when the items are submitted to the carrier.
Other Situations
If the parcel cannot be delivered to the designated delivery address due to customer's non-cooperation (wrong or incorrect delivery address, absence of the consignee), or if the customer refuses to accept the parcel and the parcel will be returned to the designated delivery address, the customer has to bear the shipping cost. If it is a customized product, return will not be accepted and the customer will be re-contacted and re-delivered, then the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
