② Submit a ticket with following details: Proof of purchase (order number, or original invoice) Describe your product issue A photo or video to show the issue
Warranty Time
The warranty is in addition to any rights you have from the seller or under applicable law. This means any legal remedies (like repairs, damages, or contract termination) remain unaffected, including the right to claim non-conformity within 6 months of purchase. The warranty covers defects according to the product's specifications that arise within the warranty period, except as noted below. Unless stated otherwise, the warranty period is 6 months from the delivery date to the first end-user. The warranty does not apply to products with altered or defaced serial numbers or if unauthorized software modifications are made. For warranty-covered defects, contact service@sunfwr.com within the warranty period. SUNFWR will repair or replace the defective product with one of the same or similar type and condition. We reserve the final right to interpret this warranty policy.
The warranty does not cover the following:
1. Normal wear and tear resulting from daily use of the product;
2. Product usage for unintended purposes;
3. Misuse, mishandling, accidents, or any other abnormal use of the product;
4. Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance;
5. Products that are not genuine or not manufactured by Sunfwr;
6. Purchases made through third-party sellers not authorized by Sunfwr;
7. Accessories and spare parts (like cables and leather straps) sold separately and not included with a SUNFWR product.
8. Defects caused by lightning, fire, water, or other natural disasters.
9. Special or limited edition SUNFWR products may not be replaced with an identical product.
Other Notes
The warranty does not cover costs of consequential damage, indirect loss, or any related expenses such as inability to use the product. Products designed for specific countries, due to different transmission systems and approval requirements, are not covered if used elsewhere and cause defects or malfunctions. If the product or color is incorrect, please email a photo showing the product and tracking number to service@sunfwr.com within 7 days of delivery. If the customer wishes to return a product not due to a quality issue, they must bear the return shipping. A refund will be issued via Stripe once the product is received at our American warehouse.
